What should I do before Mejia's Cleaning arrives?
To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean.
Do I need to be home for every cleaning?
No. Because we work on an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, Monday to Friday, most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our qualified Personnel are provided with a spare key or garage code.
What if something's damage during a visit?
We treat every single home we clean with the most Respectfully manner. If something happens to break during our routine service, we’ll do our best to repair or replace the item. Our residential personnel are fully insured, so claims can be filed when appropriate.

Do laundry/Fold laundry
Wash dishes

We want to make sure that all of your belongings are in the right place when we leave, which is why we leave these organizational tasks to you. However, we’re happy to clean the inside of your cabinets, stove, and refrigerator upon request.
No. We arrive with all of the cleaning supplies we need and take them with us when we leave. We’re proud to use the best products and vacuums on the market to ensure that we leave your home looking spotless.
If you have any preferences in regards to what cleaning products we use, feel free to let us know and we’ll do everything we can to work with your requests.
How do I pay?
Payments are due on the day of your scheduled service. Most of our valued customers leave cash or a check on the kitchen counter, but we also accept credit card and Debit card payments. Cashapp, Venmo, Zelle, and Money order. If you do choose to write us a check or money order, please make it payable to Mejia's Cleaning Company.
How soon can I schedule a cleaning?
Contact our team to schedule a free in-home consultation or over the phone and by text. We’ll take the time to thoroughly inspect your property and discuss your budget, schedule, and cleaning preferences with you before providing a free estimate but we understand your busy schedule and can quickly do it over the phone.
How much does your services cost?
The costs of our services depend on the size of each property and what you’d like cleaned, and How often.
We can also add services to your regular cleaning plan as needed, such as:
Fridge interior cleaning
Oven interior cleaning
Changing bed linens
Interior window cleaning
Behind appliances cleaning
Dishes
While tips aren’t expected, we’re allowed to accept them. Some of our clients prefer to tip a little at the end of each service while others provide a large tip at the end of the year, or both. You can also leave a review on our website or Facebook page. We love hearing that our work is appreciated.
Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave him or her outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our professional housecleaners. If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.
How our contracts work and why is it so special and needed?
When you hear the word contract you think of it as no way out. But, Not with us! We have different types. Our most used is our Standard 1yr (renewable) with 15days prior ending notice. This one besides being our most straight, clear way of maintaining our word of what we do each cleaning visit. Ensures both sides receive what is asked for. Makeable for 6 moths.
Our second one is our VIP 1yr (renewable) with 15 days prior ending notice. This one is your specific cleaning needs plan. Extra services are included, besides you get every 3 cleanings amazing Discounts and Unexpected extra cleaning services at no extra cost. every other day. Makeable for 6 months.
Our last one is our Cleaning plan using your every other month cleaning needs. 2yr (renewable) with 1 moth prior ending notice. This one is perfect when you just want to have a trusting hand besides you the right day and time. when you have visit coming, Birthday coming up, Family staying, when Holidays hits, , etc. Makeable for a year.
